Many of the falls are preventable and are often linked to inadequate footwear. Because we believe in proactive care, and that includes protecting our senior and disabled community from avoidable falls and injuries, Manifest Home Health created Soles2Souls.<\/p><p>Soles2Souls\u00a0is our signature outreach initiative dedicated to enhancing\u00a0mobility, safety, and dignity\u00a0for seniors and individuals with disabilities throughout Austin and surrounding areas.<\/p><p>Through this program, we:<\/p><ul><li><p>Distribute new and gently used shoes\u00a0to those in need<\/p><\/li><li><p>Provide foot care education\u00a0to promote overall wellness<\/p><\/li><li><p>Share fall-prevention strategies\u00a0to help individuals remain safe and independent in their homes<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>From footwear to fall prevention education, Soles2Souls\u00a0supports whole-person care because every sole deserves safety, and every soul deserves support.<\/p><p>Manifest Home Health\u00a0is proud to walk alongside our community one step, one
